• Total amount will be charged to travel agents in the event of guests not arriving.
• For reservation by phone, please confirm by Fax on written request.
• Any change in room reservation during guest stay will no be refunded.
• Total amount in advance required for confirmed booking.
• If full amount is paid in advance & Cancellation is received within 30 days, 50% of . . the total amount will be refunded. If Cancellation is received within 15 days, 25% of . . the total amount will be refunded. Cancellation received 7 days or less on amount . . . will be refunded.
• Full charges for children above three years.
• Reservation manager reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking without . . any notice in event of an extenuating conditions.
